I joined Loopback after graduating from business school, excited to lean on my previous healthcare client-facing experiences while continuing to grow my data analytics and technical toolset.My initial role as an individual contributor consisted of articulating the value of our unique data analytics software to key healthcare clients. Over the course of my career here, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely in cross functional teams, enabling both my technical and client-facing skills. I now lead our client success team and my responsibilities have expanded to directly managing 3 analysts, as well as leading our monthly campaign performance discussion with management. While I continue to focus on our customers’ success, I appreciate the opportunityto help my team members learn and grow, feel purposeful, and motivated to contribute their best.
